Would have given 0 starts if I was able to, do not buy from this place worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a pram on the 15th of April, still not received it communication from this is ridiculously poor opened a dispute they said the item would be delivered however it still has not been delivered! Said there was an issue with shipping .. from reading reviews seems like they have used this excuse before Honestly don’t know how they are running a business. Avoid at all cost!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Ordered a pram over a month ago. Never received it. I got told it was due to delayed shipping and was told to wait another 10 days when I paid for 1-3 days delivery . Since then I’ve heard nothing from them they keep ignoring me and klarna. I’m a single mum and have had to buy another pram else where which has put me under financial stress this month. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I ignored all these bad reviews when ordering and I regret that. If I was you don’t order from here it’s not worth it. This company doesn’t deserve a penny. Considering there selling baby items parents need you would have thought they’d be more on top of things. Clearly this store cannot handle the pressure of running a successful decent business. I just want a refund now but they won’t respond to give me one

I’ve bought many items from here over the years, mostly gifts for friends and family for new borns the quality in the clothes is amazing and the items have all arrived on time and packed beautifully!
