The string of my black tourmaline bracelet was broken. I went to the shop to find a silver chain to replace it today. Staff were very friendly. One of them is very skilled, experienced and kind. He patiently helped me to find the right chain, bolt ring and end cups. He put the stones, chain and findings together and remade a bracelet. I am very happy and really appreciate it because a better version of the black tourmaline bracelet is reborn and it is nicely linked with a good experience. Thank you so much for being loving. The best customer service I've ever recieved, along with the biggest display of gem stones Ive ever seen. I looked in a well known gem store before going to this one and I was taken back by the amount of jewlery that was on show, there was a lot of jewlery on show for such a small shop, I felt like a kid in a candy store. The person who helped me was Florence, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She walked me through and helped me get exactly what I wanted from measuring out the size of the necklace I wanted, to putting the right pieces together and overall just guiding me through the process. Great little shop with great customer care, I would definetly visit here!! Very Happy with the way it turned out😁😁
