Great service started using bellmac last year for my service on alarm they came out sorted my issues and made sure everything was good to go . Battery change, reset and reset tamper alert . They charged me a more than reasonable fee for this and this then covered me as part of a plan for any issues for a year . They phoned me back this year to see if I wanted the yearly check again and service plan for the year again very reasonable in comparison to the so called bigger companies who want to take your eyes out. Il be definitely stopping with these lot . Thanks again for a 100% service . From telephone call to service to paying the bill . Cheers Steve

Just had alarm and CCTV installed last week - cannot praise highly enough right from Mike's initial survey visit when we received our quote in less than 48hrs. Once accepted we were given our installation date and time; Dean and Mark arrived right on time and after checking details began work immediately. They only stopped for a short lunchbreak but seemed to appreciate the supply of coffee and biscuits throughout the day lol! There was absolutely no mess or disruption inside or out and both 'lads' were polite, professional, friendly and helpful and answered our questions, also reassured that we just need to make contact should we need advice or help in the future. It was a pleasure to have these guys working in our home. The systems are very easy to operate and the quality of video is crystal clear and believe me our garden is very dark at night! Really happy with service received from beginning to end and the quality of equipment installed is excellent and value for money. Cannot speak highly enough of Bellmac.
