We have been very happy with Bellissima, our daughter and son having each spent their pre-school years at this nursery. Both have had positive experiences and have learned a lot during their time there. They have also really enjoyed themselves, thanks to the caring yet professional staff. We have experienced no problems, whilst handling of the pandemic has been carried out carefully and sensitively by staff. With our son shortly to leave to begin school, we thank the staff and fully, happily recommend Bellissima to others. We have good memories :)

Our oldest Rhys went for 3 years from age 1 until we left London recently. Our 2nd son Otis went for 6 months until we left London. The team have always supported both of our boys fully and we have been part of the Bellissima family. When our oldest had breath holding attacks they took it in their stride and worked with us and made a care plan so we could both keep functioning at work and knew he was safe and looked after by competent staff who did not send him home unnecessarilly. we loved our nursery and our boys are better children for having been part of it. They miss their teachers and friends and their goodbye cards are in their wall at our new home. The leaving party made our oldest very happy as he missed a birthday party because of lockdown. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Bellissima is a lovely nursery. Our daughter was in the first intake in the baby room when it opened doors in 2015 and it was such a great atmosphere of learning and developing in a caring environment right through to preschool. Bellissima really prepared them well for school life! A huge thank you to the staff who work so hard. Looking forward to our son starting Bellissima journey!

Professionally run nursery yet a very personal team who strive to create a happy positive experience for the children. We have had two children at the nursery over a span of 4 years now and in this time I have nothing negative to report. The staff support the children incredibly well and see them as individuals, transferring their experiences and skills to facilitate this. Belissima have been an extended family to us! Thank you to all the wonderful, kind staff you have played a huge factor to our children’s early years development. We wouldn’t have wanted them to be anywhere else. ❤️

Bellissima Beckenham Junction is an amazing nursery. I have sent my three children to this nursery after having a terrible time at another local nursery. Bellissima was like a breathe of fresh air compared to any others I had been to. The staff are engaged, proactive with your child’s development, they truly care for your children and have such enthusiasm. My children got the absolute best care and I had such confidence in leaving them with the staff as you have an online portal updating you on everything that is happening and pictures sent during the day (which was especially important in the early days). I cannot recommend this nursery enough for anyone needing to find that safe, caring and engaged environment for your children.

My children love their teachers and they always come out very happy and excited to tell me about their day. My son has attended the nursery for over 2 years and he is developing so well. My daughter started in September and was a lockdown baby who never wanted to leave my side. I was nervous as to how she would react being around people that she didn't know but the teachers managed the situation well and kept me up to date. Now she runs out the door on nursery days and cannot wait to spend the day with her teachers and her friends. Communication is very good at the nursery and I get regular updates. Throughout the year I speak with the teachers to agree what support I'd like from them in terms of child development. I am so happy with everything they do, they're very friendly and approachable. On occasion I have emailed the manager or room leaders for supportive ideas at home and they have always been willing to help me. I honestly feel that the children are at the heart of everything they do. Thank you so much for everything

Fabulous Nursery! Best in town! Amazing attentive team, wonderful teaching, both my girls have learnt so much whilst being at nursery and their development has been absolutely amazing. My eldest attended since the day they opened and my youngest who still attends is being looked after by the same key workers which is just BRILLIANT. I feel totally reassured when she is there and when she's home she's delightful and surprises us all with her speech and emotions. We can't recommend it enough, yes it has a waiting list but it is one that is definitely worth the wait. They can't accommodate more than their capacity so get your names down early as you won't be disappointed.

Very unpleasant. I paid the £50 admin fee and filled the registration form (I asked for a full time place) back in December 2019. I was contacted in September 2020 and was told there would be space in Sep 2021, I confimed that I would continue to wait. However, I received another email yesterday saying there would only be places in Sep 2022, I asked one of the staff to double check and forwarded the confirmation email I received in 2020. I then got a reply saying that there was availability in Sep 2021 but on a part time basis, only on Monday and Friday afternoon. Part time is not ideal for us, but we can make it work, however we would like to have continuous days for the reason of routine. I was told it was impossible at least before Sep 2023. Why we were told there would be a place this Sep and now we were told another story. Waste of my time.

Fantastic nursery! My eldest daughter went there for four years and now my youngest is in the toddlers’ room. They have been absolutely amazing, very professional and clean. They are also very accommodating and understanding with food allergies. If you’re looking for a nursery, I’d definitely recommend them ❤️

My daughter was at this nursery for 3 years, it was the toughest decision to make as she is my 1st, however after visiting other nurseries in the area, I knew this one was the best. After an emotional couple of weeks (me not my daughter) It was very clear that my daughter was very happy there. The staff always kept good communication with me at all times and the internal ParentZone app also gave me information in terms of what food she ate during the day , what she learned, and if there was any problems they would ring me immediately. My daughter has now started school and she still talks about the nursery and how much she misses all of her teachers so we often pop in so she can see all of her teachers that was so important in the beginning of her learning life.
