In a word: Fabulous! I booked my appointment at the curvy bridal side of the store after reading and hearing great reviews and I was not disappointed. Fern and Annabel were absolutely fantastic. Fern made me feel like I was the only priority and my entourage felt the same. I paid for the VIP appointment which I would highly recommend giving your family and friends treats and bubbles with a longer appointment time. My experience was just wonderful. I was able to get in and out of dresses before being fastened in, which was great if you are body conscious at all. Both ladies gave advice and opinions and were just so helpful and put me at complete ease. I finally said yes to the dress after trying a few, after Fern bought out an absolute STUNNER. I couldn’t be more thankful and I can’t wait to return when my dress arrives in autumn. Thank you ladies, for everything, my fairy god mothers indeed.

I genuinely do not think any words I write could put into perspective how amazing these ladies are. I’ve never met 3 more genuine, kind, warm, talented and down to earth women - I had my first and only bridal appointment today, and on the fourth dress I said yes! I am a curvy woman, and so body conscious and uncomfortable looking in any mirror - but the ladies put me at ease right away with their welcoming energy and great vibes. Annabel, Tara and Fern knew exactly what styles would suit my figure and worked with the one word guide I gave them which was sparkle… and between them all came up with my stunning dress that could only have been a yes!!! Nothing was a problem and these 3 certainly know how to support you. Cannot recommend Belle of the Ball enough… go for it ladies, you won’t be disappointed

I had the most incredible experience at Belle Of The Ball Bridals. Tara, Fern and Annabel are the kindest souls and they are truly dedicated to their jobs. I had previously purchased a dress elsewhere and due to sudden weight gain, I decided to purchase a new gown.... 5 months before my big day! I attended my appointment worried and alone, but Tara and Fern were so supportive. They were honest, fun, loving... and they completely hyped me up. They made my experience incredible by listening to my preferences and working with my tight deadlines. They took all my worries away and I left 1 hour later with my dream dress. Their sample range is current, stylish and in perfect condition... they even matched my dress to veils and hair accessorise all with my budget in mind. I would recommend to anybody. Thank you so much Tara, Fern and Annabel, you made my dress dreams come true!

As an older bride (over 40 – just!), I was really apprehensive about even buying a wedding dress, I was so worried I would look stupid and that bridal gowns were only for young first time brides. From my very initial inquiry with Annabel I felt at ease. She was so reassuring and really understood how I was feeling, we went through a lot of my requirements in advance of my booking so they knew what I was after. On the morning of my appointment, I have to admit I cried! I was so scared of looking ridiculous that I almost cancelled. But I am so grateful I didn’t. As soon as I got to the salon, we were welcomed like family by Annabel and Tara and this made me feel so much more at ease. You are the only people in the boutique for your appointment which means that you are not comparing yourself to someone else or worried about what they think of you. I was so nervous, but Tara was so understanding and talked me through what would happen. By the third dress my fears had melted away and I was really able to enjoy such a wonderful experience. I didn’t think I wanted a veil, again thinking it would look silly on an older bride, but Tara convinced me to try it on and I am so glad she did as I cried at how beautiful it looked. The entire experience went by in a flash but I would not have missed it for the world. It was truly magical and walking away with a Disney Wedding gown for our Disney Cruise wedding was just the icing on the cake. There don’t seem to be enough words to thank Annabel and Tara for what they have done, not only in finding me the perfect dress, but also finding confidence in myself to love what I see.

I visited belle of the ball bridal today and had a wonderful experience from the moment i stepped through the door. The staff are all welcoming and friendly and they really made dress shopping a wonderful experience. I was really put at ease and felt so relaxed when picking my dress. I did not feel rushed and the staff listened to my likes and dislikes very carefully. I am over the moon with my dress and cannot wait to say I Do! I recommend belle of the ball bridal 100%. I look forward to seeing you again when i come to collect my dress, thank you for all your help!

What a fantastic experience I had today! I can’t recommend Belle of the Ball enough, Fern and Annabel were superb from the moment we stepped through the door. I was feeling a little nervous and was made to feel at ease immediately, such warm, lovely and friendly fairy godmothers. They listened to what I wanted and knew exactly what to show me. They were so knowledgeable of all their dresses - with hundreds to choose from and they were excellent at making suggestions that were bang on! They were so patient when I was dithering and finding decisions difficult. I felt at ease and comfortable the whole time, nothing was too much trouble. My mum and sister enjoyed themselves too, lovely comfy chairs and little cakey nibbles and drinks to keep them happy. Thank you for helping me find THE dress, I can’t wait to see it again!

COMPLETE FAIRY GODMOTHERS!!!!!! From the second I walked into the shop I felt welcomed, comfortable and in completely amazing and knowledgeable hands. I had no idea what dress or style I wanted but Fern and Annabel were able to suggest so many options based on my body shape and minor things I liked on other dresses. Not once did I feel uncomfortable, indecisive or rushed. I really cannot recommend Belle of the Ball/Devlin Bridal higher - absolutely 10/10!!!!!

As a lady with a larger chest I can absolutely recommend them for dresses and professionalism. I was very nervous when arriving at Belle of the Ball Bridal, I had only tried on a wedding dress 2 years previous at a different bridal shop and I hated the experience, not only did I feel uncomfortable in everything I tried but the lady didn't seem to want to help and I didn't want to go again. The minute I walked into Belle of the Ball Bridal I was made to feel special, they asked me what I wanted and they met my every need, they could tell I was nervous but they made me feel at ease. They helped me in and out of dresses, but gave me privacy when I needed it. When I found the dress I wanted they were very professional but also very caring. The experience I had at Belle of the Ball Bridal was the opposite of my last experience and if I knew now what buying the biggest outfit of your life was truly meant to be like, I wouldn't have been nervous at all. Thank you to all the team at Belle of the Ball Bridal, I am so excited to see you again to collect my perfect dress!
