When you find a company that truly makes your life easier, it is brilliant. Belle Casa definitely fall into that category for me. They are a genuinely lovely bunch of people who do what they can to ensure the cleaners are well taken care of and clients' preferences accommodated. They have gone above and beyond on a number of occasions to help me when I've been forced to rearrange things and the cleaners I've had have always spoken warmly of the owner and how seriously she takes their welfare. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Belle Casa highly enough for their regular domestic cleaning. Anna our housekeeper was fantastic, very conscientious and efficient. She really cared about doing a good job showed great initiative and was friendly and a pleasure to have in the house. All email communication has been very prompt with good notice of any holidays and flexible arrangements when we wanted to change our service when we were moving house. Edwina and her team run a very well organised and effective service we are sorry to lose them as we move out of Chelmsford.
