This is the 3rd car I've bought from Stoneacre. I had no choice but to buy a new car because my last car, a Vauxhall Astra (also purchased from Stoneacre in Feb2020) had an engine problem which would cost a 4 figure sum to fix. This was not a Stoneacre problem this was a Vauxhall manufacturing issue, which Vauxhall would not cover because it was over 5 years old, even though it had 34,181 on the clock. Stoneacre understood my position, and did everything they could to get me a decent car with limited means, because my Astra was practically a write off as it needed a new engine. Joe went above and beyond to get the car I wanted. Got all the finance sorted, got the car from another site. Got a 5 year Stoneacre guarantee policy, and because I had left 3/4 of a tank of petrol in my Astra, I was cheeky enough to ask for at least half a tank of fuel in my new car, which they was happy to oblige. I cannot thank the guys at Stoneacre enough for all their assistance, and compassion.
