  Pros: Very good kitchen fitter Fast workers Normally turn up when scheduled Amazing office staff Cons: Poor organisation at times Plastering a bit rough, but quick, mostly rectified during decorating. Expensive Would I recommend? If using wren I'd definitely have them to fit the kitchen. Id think twice however if I had large amounts of supplementary works though. We had quite a large ceiling to plaster which needed doing before we took delivery of the kitchen and they managed to get it done the day before delivery. Unfortunately this meant that wiring for lights and sockets were left until after plastering which meant some chases had to be cut into the new plaster! I had suggested that they come to sort wiring the week before but they don't seem to give themselves much time per job so they are always stretched thin and this didn't happen. The wiring was a half finished job that they took on, so they were good to take it on, they did charge accordingly however! A few small oversights, such as outside tap being left til the end, which meant cutting into the back of the new cabinets, etc. But they were always quick to sort any snags I picked up. The light circuit wiring took a long time to troubleshoot until they brought in a pro electrician who sorted it in about an hour. Mainly because this should have been done at the very beginning before everything was buried behind plaster. And the fact that they were onto other jobs after my allotted time slot. Meaning they could only spare a few hours a week. So in summary, the kitchen fitter did a very high quality job and the whole team were tidy, listened well to our concerns and communicated well to us (if not to each other sometimes), hard working and polite. We are over the moon with the finished job. But it took three months to finally finish it. Which for the amount of money they had off us is unreasonable. They really only spent one week full time at our job, the rest of the times were stolen moments where they had to come away from other jobs. If they really wanted to improve how they impact the customer they would just allow more time per job and their completion times would drop dramatically. It seems like they are trying to do too much and just need more staff. A dedicated electrician would have certainly helped our job run more smoothly but I appreciate ours was a special case. What they really need is a second project manager who can organise and order tasks properly to avoid stress and confusion for all parties.

  Just like the other reviews on here, we have been let down three times by Dean! He was appointed to us by Ikea for our installation! Nothing but excuses! Two of the times that they didn't show up was without any prior notice! I've had to cancel going into work for two mornings just to be at home for them not to show up! God knows how reliable they would be when it comes to the installation day! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

  Bellamy Group LTD fitted my kitchen and tiled the floor. The tiles started to come loose within weeks of installation. The grout has cracked and come loose. It's a mess and needs to be replaced. Bellamy Group refused to rectify or issue a refund, so now I'm taking them to court. Avoid like the plague.

  Despite surveying my kitchen months ago; agreeing the budget; signing their Terms & Conditions; getting an email confirming they would commence the job; Bellamy Group decided to cancel my kitchen installation the day before it was due to start. No explanation. No apology . Draw your own conclusion about their professionalism.
