Perfect! Went for a duo birthday party and all went well. It was nicely organised and Bridget looked after all the kids nicely! You are able to wait downstairs and enjoy a nice cup of tea/coffee with cakes.

Often go for the soft play upstairs, which isn't massive but is fine for an hour, and they kindly bring your food/drink order to you. It's a bit run down and feels a bit grubby, but if you can overlook that, it can be a saviour on a rainy day in the holidays when there aren't any toddler groups running! Prices recently went up though, just FYI.

I enjoy taking my 1, 2 &3 year old here for the soft play upstairs. Its really easy parenting in an enclosed safe area with seating. The soft play is good and has a more wholesome feel, my kids also like the dressing up clothes. A bonus is not having to traipse around some massive soft play. The kids food us unpretentious, good value for money and largely healthy. The coffee and cakes are great too. Friendly staff. It's often quiet in the afternoons. The only thing I think they could improve is to have a baby change upstairs, even if it was just a mat and a bigger bin up there. They do have baby change facilities downstairs though

First time at the Winchester Bella crafts. I've visited the fair oak location many times. I felt the customer service at the Winchester one was poor - lots of ladies in the shop but all of them stood chatting to each other and ignoring the tables. Not once did a staff member ask if we were okay while we are crafting, in the end I had to go up to the counter to stand and wait until someone came over to ask for some more paint. Lack of items to do today as well, especially for the boys. Half of our table was taken up with other people's items dying - as there were four of us crafting we were extremely squashed in. The first lady who set us up was lovely but sadly she disappeared and we were left with the ones who didn't care. Such a shame, as I love the fair oak one and always find them attentive. I will be sticking to them in future.

A friend and myself visited the tearoom and the upstairs soft play, it was great for our little ones (15 & 17 months old). Even managed a hot cup of tea whilst they played in the ball pit. We also had lunch, good options for adults and kids. Lots of highchairs around too and a baby change section. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Will be back again soon! Highly recommend!

Won't book the kids club again with them. Had very bad experience with those staffs in Winchester center. We were a bit late on the day because we came from Southampton, and there was a car accident on M3, we were stuck in traffic. Unfortunately when we came in, those staffs didn't greeting my daughter, and didn't help my daughter to get into her seat. My daughter was going around the table twice, passing those staffs twice, but none of them said anything to her, they were chatting to each other and ignoring my daughter. So my daughter came to me crying because she didn't know where to seat. And no one talk to her what to do. I complained immediately to the staff, and also send email to them, but I just got one reply to say sorry and asked me some questions, after that I haven't hear anything back yet. We were so disappointed with the club staffs. And I don't feel safe to left my kid there. Definitely won't go there again!
