Arrived and ordered a starter which arrived pretty quickly. However, we waited over an hour for someone to provide us with the mains. They didn't take the starter away, they acknowledged that the food had taken ages to arrive but didn't do anything to apologize. Pizza was oil-ly and poor and Bolognese had barley any meat. Dough balls were incredibly sickly and in the end we didn't have time to eat our dessert because they took so long. Two couples sat down after us and had left before we got our mains, it was incredibly quiet as well so can't even give them the benefit of the doubt and say "well to be fair it's pretty busy" because it really wasn't. Always felt unsure about whether to eat here or pizza express however this has absolutely sold it to me. Never choosing this restaurant again.

An absolute horror show of a restaurant, terrible organisation, food took an hour and half and when we got it was barely eatable… absolutely awful

Used a voucher for free main meal with purchase of another. Good deal. Excellent service, comfortable restaurant, not crowded. Great concept of "go lighter" option by substituting half the pizza with salad. Encourage vegetable intake which is greatly lacking in modern diets.
