Staff were nice enough, but I can't comment on the food because we gave up after over an hour of waiting. My family and I chose Bella Italia for a birthday dinner because we were bringing two under-7s, there's a good kids' menu, and we were hoping for a quick turnaround before the kids needed to go to bed. The kids' bedtime came and went, and our food had still not arrived. We were told there was an event happening in another part of the venue, and our food would be at least another 20 minutes. We had waited over an hour at this point. We packed up and went to McDonalds instead, just to get the kids fed. Had we been told to expect a 90-minute wait time, we wouldn't have had to waste so much time, and we might not have celebrated a grown adult's birthday at McDonald's — despite that being quite nostalgic! Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten-free options and modifications available.
