I just wanted to share my experience so far: It appears that the manager working the 9:00pm shift today is not customer oriented as he was not welcoming us in any of the non-booking areas! We were told that all the tables were booked even though there are plenty of open ones!

Been here a couple of times before and really enjoyed it till today. We waited around 35 mins for a pizza margherita and a lasagne up until we cancelled them. I could understand it if it was busy but it wasn’t and the lady who is the manager didn’t even apologise for the delay and made us pay service charge without being served what we’d asked for! I’ll never go this place again and really hope the manager could learn basic manners.

Very short menú, not many options and nothing really interesting from an Italian restaurant. I tested already the lasagna, and was like volcanic magma, not able to eat it for more than 10min(and I guess it was frozen and heated up in the microwave). This time we ordered just the risotto, and we couldn't finished more disappointed. No texture, no creaminess, nothing. It was just rice with things. They brought some bread and it was super oily. And the tiramisu, there are no more ways to insult an Italian, terrible, again, looks like it was defrosted in the microwave.
