Visited with friends , and was shocked at the prices first and fore most , the food was average not really worth the amount they were charging . I had the set menu which is quite good 3 courses for around £20 but would have been disappointed if I’d not had this . The cat robot waitress was pretty cool but only bought out mains for us . We visited as a party of 12 and when we came to pay it was very difficult . We thought it would work that you could use the app to pay for what you had individually but it just opened a large tab so we had to go around paying for what we had individually . We were told there was a 10 percent service charge as our party was over 8 , which was up to £32 . We were not at any point told this was optional however which was quite bad in my opinion it was only on the reciept after paying it said this . Then after paying we were told that we were around £25 pound short . We asked if we could take the service charge off she said no . After going through the bill we realised there were several items on the bill that were supposed to be set menu items but we had been charged full price , and several items we had not ordered at all . We explained this to the waitress and she did rectify the situation but thought this was quite bad as with how many things we had ordered , this could have been missed easily . Working out the bill etc took us around an hour , just wasn’t an easy experience

first visit today, definitely will be returning ☺️ Everything we had was tasty, hot, and flavoursome. only criticism was the bread that came with our starters (was way too hard - like eating a large crouton). Bit on the expensive side, but it was a birthday meal, so we had an excuse. loved the robot waiter - decor is very good. service was spot on. friendly & attentive and not too overpowering.

What a lovely experience we had, all staff were very welcoming, food was amazing very tasty, Came here to celebrate our anniversary and everything about our experience was really nice our waitress Dom was fantastic nothing was too much trouble she done an amazing job and worked her socks off massive well done to her and all other staff complements to chef too fantastic food
