We bought the 5m pro mesh bell tent after a LOT of research and speaking to several companies on the phone. These guys were by far the most helpful without any hard sell. Just clear objective advice and their prices, I believe, are appropriate for the excellent quality of tent that we received. The tent was delivered within 48 hours and we have had a couple of outings with it - cannot fault it. Great instructions, fantastic quality and super sturdy. I honestly can't understand some of the poor reviews - does not sound like the company I've been dealing with at all - and I do wonder if they are actually fake reviews. Such a shame. These guys are excellent. Cannot recommend them enough.

Amazing service, we bought our first tent 6 years ago and it's still going strong, have bought another one in the meantime - there are cheaper ones, but BellTent quality and rugged build - and the sturdy, very waterproof (Scotland last year!) cotton canvas is definitely value for money. Very helpful staff!

The original and the best I have had a number of tents from Bell Tent UK and have nothing but good things to say about both the service and the products. The team clearly know their stuff from years of running glamping set-ups at big festivals and will always give you honest advice. It's also worth mentioning that these guys were the original Bell Tent company in the UK and effectively created the whole glamping movement so if you want to support the business that started it all, look no further!
