Called ahead and asked about a broken double glazed pane (a small frosted bathroom unit) my children managed to break the outer sheet in the summer. They said to take it over and they would have a look. We went over about an hour later, and not only did they match the glass type perfectly, they charged me the exact price they quoted over the phone which was an estimate (was expecting to pay vat on top of the price) AND they made it whilst I waited. So happy with the service.
