John Bell is a master of his craft. Fish so fresh you can almost still smell the sea. This is not supermarket fish cheap, cheerful and thawed. No it's not cheap but the flavours and textures are like comparing diamonds to rhinestones. The choice and the advice are superb, plus all there are great characters who truly know fishmongering.
