If you do not want to ruin your expensive designer coat then do NOT use this company. My black Canada Goose coat has been ruined by this service. They kept mentioning that coats fade but coats do not fade like how my coat 'faded'. I picked up my coat and upon inspection, I saw that both sleeves of my coat were ruined and stained. There were literal stains on the sleeves, this is not 'fading' as they kept mentioning. Their excuse was that Canada Goose coats fade and it's not their fault but as you can see from the photos, it's more than a case of 'fading'. Premium is in their company name but the only thing premium is the price you pay: the price for their terrible service and the price you pay for a ruined coat. If you are looking to dry clean a coat that you care about, please do not use this company. They will ruin your coat and the big 'boss' will refuse to take responsibility and put the blame solely on the coat. In response to the owner's reply: My coat was not severely faded as shown in my photos. If it was a fading issue, then shouldn't my whole coat be affected and not just my sleeves and specific areas... The owner offered to redye my coat for me. Once they informed me that they would have to wash the coat in order to redye it, I refused. As the photos I uploaded clearly show, the coat has been stained and the truth of the matter is that this is more than a case of 'fading'.
