The worst experience from the receptionist Ramesh who basically told me I do not have a health issue after I called to get an emergency appointment for a recurring issue. Very very rude and should not have a job dealing with people especially those already in a vulnerable situation. Changed GPs and the new one is already miles better.

Extremely terribly rude receptionist. The one with short blond hair that always smokes outside the practice. She does not even let you talk on the phone and shouts into the phone. She never has an appointment available either. Not sure why an individual like her would choose a profession where patience and common courtesy is key.

Amazing Practice,Nice receptionist's they try their best to get you appointment's asap. Doctors go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and very thorough especially the two male doctors just fab, definately the best in the area. I've been with this practice 25 years and it just keeps improving!
