Very friendly people every time I have been there. Also gotten two birthday cakes from here. I am actually from Belgium and this as good as a cake from your local bakkerij (baker), which is a very pleasant surprise to find in UK. The style is a bit more of a Brussels-based baker as the owners of the franchise are French speakers from Brussels. The restaurant is quite good as well, definitely expensive but a nice treat to do on a day out in the area for a nice breakfast, brunch or lunch. The food is a nice twist on Belgian recipes.

Cakes, coffee and desserts are fantastic. The staff are friendly and attentive. Sandiwches are good and presented well but other hot food is disappointing. I go here fairly often and do recommend it.
