Had an absolutely terrible experience here. We were out for a works social when the general manager started shouting at our group telling one of the boys to “shut up” when he was telling us a story. He then persisted to march over to our group and wrongly harass this man saying that he had made fun of one of the members of staff at the bar when this individual had never actually left his seat upon arrival. When we tried to defend our colleague the manager then started on another member of the group and told the girl who’s birthday it was to also “shut up” and told another person to leave. One of the other members of staff tried to pull the manager away and said he will put a song on for him to try and diffuse the situation as there was a genuine mistake made. At which point the manager then offered the group shots but had asked others to leave at which point we all thought it was best to leave. Absolutely poor manners from the manager here and this is not how you should treat customers. You should be calm and understanding. The issue should have been resolved in another way other than the whole group of people being shouted at which was quite embarrassing for everyone
