Ordered an item - had no contact and when I rang to chase they said they had no stock as all stock was on a container and that it would be into the new year! I then had to drive around to find a replacement sink for the kitchen fitters! You shouldn’t advertise if you don’t have stock!

Terrible experience with this company. Ordered a sink from them on their site, which was showing as in stock back in early September. After a month of waiting I called them to find out when I should expect delivery, they confirmed they did not expect it back in stock till early Nov so I should have it second week of Nov. Just found out now that they won't have it till third week of Nov! No proactive updates on order, you have to keep emailing them. Terrible service- will never order from them again, also the lead time on their site is a lie and the sink I ordered is still showing up as in stock on their website. Very misleading for customers.
