We attended the "A taste of Belfast" session and it was brilliant! The chowder and rib & champ dumplings that we cooked were really really good. Lovely staff and guests so we had an amazing time on a Friday afternoon.

worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT book. I had very traumatic personal problems which prevented attendance on booked night and was met with exactly the same approach as the previous reviewer ‘quoting terms and conditions’ The nameless agent who we eventually found out was called Sean actually told us they had on average 6 no shows per week. Do the maths a lot of money is being made for nothing. There is a vague wif of a ‘racket’ about this place. Their attitude is dismissive and arrogant. Was told that ‘Exceptional circumstances’ are considered. If a cancer diagnosis and death of a close friend don’t count I would love to know what constitutes as exceptional circumstances. There was no acknowledgement of the distress I had shared with him. A total racket. They would rather take your money than provide a service. Please be aware I didn’t even want a refund. I was happy to reschedule and pay for an additional ticket to go with someone but they wouldn’t even do that. Be very careful with these people.
