I ordered a silver dog tag and chain for my partner who lost his Mum last year. Julie was extremely attentive, checking the exact requirements with me before making the dog tag. She also checked in with me when she had completed making the dog tag to let me know it was complete and on its way. When the dog tag arrived the next day, my partner was lost for words. The dog tag is substantial so that you can put your finger into the impression of his Mum's fingerprint. He was very emotional. It is a work of art and absolutely perfect. I am so over the moon.
