These guys might be okay at doing a MOT, oil change or tyres, but diagnosis and customer service are definitely not their strong point. I booked my bike for a MOT and an electrical issue. They had the bike for 9 weeks. Every time I called for an update, I was told we would look at it when we get time. When I called after the first 2 weeks, Andy said they had checked some connectors and sprayed some electrical spray into the connectors, but they couldn't find the issue. Another 2 weeks later, Andy said they got an electrical specialist in, and he found an issue with the wiring loom, and the engine needs to be removed to fix it. Another 2 weeks passed and I called for an update, Andy said they fixed the loom but now the bike won't start, I asked when can they look at fixing it, Andy said when they get time. Finally, after 9 weeks, the bike was "fixed." Andy advised that the wiring repair was not done correctly, but it's now sorted. However, the rear indicators don't operate. I'm not sure how it passed the MOT if the rear indicators don't work. When I went to collect it, I went to pay on my card but Andy said cash only. He fully refused to take card payment. We called the police because they locked us in until we paid but he would not accept my debit card payment even though they have a card machine. so in the end while awaiting for the police to arrive, Andy agreed to a bank transfer. Once paid, they unlocked the gate to allow us to leave. After inspecting the bike, I noticed a few scuff/scratches on the front fairings, as if they were placed on the floor, also a scuff on the exhaust but Andy said we didn't do that. Overall, the customer service is poor, and their diagnosis capability is poor because Andy told me they had to get an electrical specialist in to diagnose my bike and another bike they had booked in.

Well my bike was due for its 1st year/10000mile service though it’s only done just over 5000 miles. I don’t know what that service involves but it rides like a different bike now. Picks up better, low speed much better and I’m sure it’s not just me imagining it. Andy and co will be getting my custom from now on.
