Today I visited the Hutton branch needing a replacement aerator for a 15 year old kitchen sink tap. The three sales guys on duty were extremely friendly and helpful. Two went 'out the back' to rummage through cartons of presumably redundant items. A suitable item was found and offered free of charge with the complements of the company. This exceptional service will greatly influence my choice of plumbing supplier in the future. Well done lads!
