Poor experience. £10.43 for 750g Plumber's Mait which is sold £4.08 in Screwfix. Happy to pay a bit more for the advice but that was too much bother for staff member and wrong. What I wanted didn't exist but was able to find it in Screwfix. Won't be back.

Great customer service and range of products available. Staff have always been helpful with any questions and payment made easy via phone. I have purchased a full bathroom suite and all accessories for installing new heating system and where there were delays in parts I was kept updated. To confirm any delays were due to the current climate with shipping or availability for beggs and partners to obtain. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommended

Poor quality product, endless issues with new bathroom and very poor customer service and after sales. Staff require urgent customer service retraining, especially the female staff member in Sales at the Belfast showroom.

Every time I visit the Beggs and Partner's showrooms I come away inspired. Since I last went in, they have has a whole refurb and changed loads of the showroom to 2019/20 styles like black taps and marble tile setc. Absolutely beautiful.

A few people within the shop would need to get personality transplants, and on top of this one lady in particular within their accounts, is beyond rude. They really need to retrain some of their personnel on dealing with customers and queries. No denying the products they supply are of a good quality, but you will definitely pay more for them here.
