Ordered some skirting and architrave, the architrave turned up damaged and the skirting board was all the wrong thickness, ordered 15mm but 18mm arrived. Customer service was terrible never received a refund or any sympathy just told that it was my job to measure each and every piece after it arrives and then they stopped contacting me. Will use another timber merchants in future, AVOID!
