Winserve provided the care for my mum who passed away early this year with cancer. During a very difficult time for my mum and the family the team from Winserve were simply wonderful. Every member of staff showed compassion, professionalism, friendliness and consideration. I cannot express how grateful we are to all involved. Fran, Jessica, Lynsey, Kasha and Amon were all brilliant. Forgive me if I've left anyone out, I just couldn't remember all the names. The team approach their task with a complete understanding of what the patient and family are going through. It's so important, both at the time of providing care and during the grieving period for the family afterwards. Our precious mum came home from hospital for palliative care just before Christmas, our mum had always been an independent woman and very proud, so having cares seeing to her every need wasn’t something she looked forward to, however Winserve, changed all that,Eaman came to meet the family and introduced himself to mum, he got to know her and was very sensitive about her needs, he put the care in place and we couldn’t believe how good every single one that came was, mum looked forward to seeing them, so did I! Not only did they help and support mum through what she though she would find difficult to accept, they supported me too, and reassured me that I was doing everything right for mum, the girls were on time every visit, they were kind, so very caring , and nothing was too much for them, they were all happy and smiling girls, each with their own lovely personalities. When our mum sadly passed, Amon came to see our family and to give his condolences, we could not have asked for a better service from them, they really did care, mum always liked seeing them. A huge Thankyou to all the great team at Winserve from our family-kathy ❤️
