  I had a few sessions with Yvonne prior to starting a new job and they were so crucial in setting me up for success in joining a new workplace. Not only did our sessions help me learn a lot about myself and my working preferences, but it helped me identify the working styles of others which has allowed me to successfully adapt my approach when working with different people. This has been especially crucial since I worked within a sales role. Personally, Yvonne also helped me look differently at the aspects of my personality/working style that I considered ‘weaknesses’ and instead encouraged me to focus on the fact that a successful team is made up on individuals who are just that, individual. Yvonne’s sessions always flew by which just showed how much I enjoyed our time together and I found the tasks she set me in between sessions really useful too. Above all else, Yvonne made me believe in myself at a time when I’d lost a bit of confidence and for that I am really grateful.

  Yvonne helped me get clarity about my goals in my personal and professional life at a time when I had lost direction. When the pandemic hit about a year after our sessions, I found that she had also given me the tools to manage the huge uncertainty and devastating bereavements it brought. Very importantly, the clarity I acquired with Yvonne’s help was not clouded by the huge upheaval of the pandemic; details may have shifted a little, but the direction remains firm and clear. This is invaluable!

Yvonne puts you at ease right away, which gave me the chance to relax and really pick up on the mind-set patterns and reasons why I do things.   I was struggling with my confidence and self esteem. I had a few sessions with Yvonne who provided homework to do in between each session. I now feel able to take on the challenges I was avoiding. Yvonne is really friendly and approachable and listened to how I was feeling at the start of each session. She was able to clarify so much for me regarding what was going on in my head and give me the tools to tackle issues going forward. Highly recommend.

  Yvonne is absolutely incredible at what she does! After having timeline therapy in 2020 my life has changed so much, anxiety used to cripple me and hold me back, but somehow what yvonne did has freed me hugely and I can honestly say my anxiety has been minimum, especially after the last 18 months we’ve been through! Yvonne has also helped me with my business and has cleared blockages I didn’t realize I had, I’m now busier than ever and loving every moment!   When offered two free sessions with Yvonne I was sceptical to say the least. I've been a chef since leaving school, and went self employed four years ago, but Yvonne tapped in to something deeper, invited me to start using the term 'business owner' rather than 'just a chef' and worked with me to start believing that the sucess I have is what I've worked hard for and deserve. My partner even commented the other evening on how my attitude and my business has changed since I've started calling myself a business owner. Thank you Yvonne, I really can't recommend you enough!

  When is first met Yvonne I was instantly taken with how open, welcoming and human she was. I was very nervous as I had never spoken to anyone before about my constant negative mind chatter, my imposter syndrome or my fear of presenting but Yvonne put me straight at ease. She has helped me in so many ways and has given me some amazing coping mechanisms regarding controlling my nervousness when I need to present. Yvonne has shown me ways to control and shut out the negative, imposter syndrome chatter and I feel so confident again that I have been able to break through my business mind block and I now have a new drive and direction to push my business forward.
