I have had nothing but good experience with lovely staff as Beechwood. I have bought a Mazda 2 that was in the showroom and signed up for finance. Alastair has been nothing but great over the course of the month when we were waiting for the new replacement car for the showroom. There were issues with finance company on the day before collection which admittedly have given me a lot of anxiety and stress however I do not blame the dealership - as it is fully the fault of the finance company’s policy and order of procedures they follow which seem to be ridiculous, hopefully this will change in the future. Everything was resolved within the day and I would like to once again thank the manager for his involvement in getting the finance company to fix everything. In the end I was able to collect the car on the day that was agreed although a bit later. Overall I do highly recommend the whole dealership and the sales team - they really do care about your experience and are very responsive and helpful at every stage. Many thanks again to the lovely team - I would not hesitate to contact them again whether it be for another sale or servicing. Thanks! Julia

Ok first time using this dealership, had a recall on a Suzuki for vacuum pump part. Made very easy by Mazda of Derby, staff were really good and professional. Booked in with lots of info followed by calls and text reminders. Car was fixed with no issues and a full car health check completed at the same time, one rear wiper blade split and replaced with a call for me to authorise. Great service even washed the car for me and a coffee whilst I waited and settled up. Ladies on reception are great and credit to the team at Beechwood Derby.
