  Just bought a caravan from Beechwood Leisure in Thirsk a fair distance for me to travel from Kent but well worth the journey..What a lovely showroom to buy a quality caravan mine is a Swift Icon Trend on a 2022 model and like described on the website she is absolutely stunning..Eddie was so welcoming and friendly and a big shout out for Liam who done the handover with me really professional and made it so simple for me to understand..As promised i will add photos soon showing my family and I enjoying our new dream caravan..Thanks Beechwood Leisure

  We bought our first caravan from Beechwood Leisure. For us, we felt it was a leap of faith as we were in Scotland and we could not just pop down to preview it. We relied on the good reviews to take the plunge. We have not regretted it! Because we based our decision on the reviews it was imperative to leave our own. Apart from an initial difficulty in finding the yard ( it is tucked behind houses off the main road) we found the rest of the process relatively easy. Edward did our ‘walk around’ which he kindly let me video. It was totally comprehensive ( we are newbies to caravanning) Later when we thought we had an issue( we didn’t!) he was very patient with us on the phone. It is a family run business and that is reflected in their approach. I would have no hesitation buying our next caravan from them, despite the distance we have to travel.

  We bought a caravan from the lads at beechwood leisure, what an amazing team, very welcoming and always happy to help. Matthew was brilliant helped me through all the stages.   Avoid.. a very bad experience with the purchase of a adria adora seine 2019. After a 9 hr round trip with our caravan in tow to trade in, we arrived to a caravan that was still being prepared. Pouring with rain we looked around the outside, to find the corners of bodywork around the wet locker were swollen from water ingress. (Common fault) despite the dealer trying to tell me it was body movement. We then started our handover to be told the inside might still be damp from the steam cleaning of the carpets.. opened the door, bearing in mind it’s pouring with rain. No mats had been put down to protect the carpet.. these were, even after being cleaned. Filthy… trodden in, well worn & dirty. When I mentioned my concerns to the boss, I was told my expectation was different from theirs, they considered them to be clean & even suggested I turn the lights off. I took my shoes off to go inside, the white rubber seal around the window had shrunk & was inside the window. I was told this was an oversight & they would heat with a heat gun to put back correctly.. they had had 3 wks to prepare this caravan. I didn’t look any further. This was a caravan advertised “as new” the attitude from the dealership was terrible. This is not what I expect from a caravan paying £23,000. It was not as advertised, It was a costly mistake.

  We looked around a lot for a newer caravan, but nothing..we sold our old one to a dealer who recommended Beechwood caravans. So thought we would take a look..it is hidden behind a house, so had to ring to get directions. The first caravan we saw, we both loved.. Edward came out and was a great help.. My husband returned the week later to collect, it was beautifully valeted, after walking him through everything and showing him how it all worked. We received a new air awning, waste and water carrier. We did have a small issue, that we videoed and sent to Edward, for advice, brilliant serviced replied and solved the issue... Thank you to the family run bissiness BEECHWOOD CARAVANS... definatly worth a look with fantastic service.

  Fantastic result from Matthew with our initial deal & more good stuff from Edward when picking up & doing the deal on our new (to us) caravan. Good handover from Andy the handover chap too! Nothing seems too much trouble for these guys, highly recommended.

  Bought a caravan from here, the best thing we could of done, from start to finish, the team at Beechwood couldn't do more for us! We went on our first adventure in our new caravan over the Easter break and had some teething problems, dropped Ed a WhatsApp and he rang to talk us through the setting up procedure again. Can't praise them enough!! Will definitely purchase future caravans from them. Highly recommend!!!
