Booked an appointment 10:10 and literally waited about an hour. For the doctor to see me. One of the worst GP in the whole of uk. I never seen such unprofessional GP.

Our family doctor for well over a decade. Always make time for us and our concerns and absolutely fantastic with my son who has special needs. It's fantastic to have a gp who has been such a positive force for us and always in our corner when we've needed help. My son gets appointment anxiety but beech tree is one place where he feels safe and comfortable and that to me means the world. Thank you all for all that you do.

What a disgrace this surgery is. The receptionist (The doctors Wife) Thinks she's the doctor. Very very rude, and obviously in the wrong job, no people skills and very arrogant. If you're looking for a doctor, don't go here.

Constantly having to chase them up to do anything. Example pop repeat prescription request in Wednesday as meds are running out. Call pharmacy the following Tuesday (yes 6 days later) no meds at pharmacy. Call surgery no it's not been done yet. I have run out of anti depressants and it makes me ill when I don't have them. That's why I put the request in last week. They will be done this afternoon. Great thanks.

I genuinely feel sorry for those who rely on this 'GP' for medical services. This GP would have been closed down in a more affluent area, but here we are. Clearly a racket of getting as many patients onboard and signed up (to get that sweet-sweet NHS money) and then doing their absolute best to do as little as possible for the patients. ^Doctor's wife is known to be a serious problem, how no one has complained to the NHS regulators or CCG I do not know. (Pam the receptionist is a beam of sunshine in this otherwise starkly dark practice)
