In response to the review that was left by Anushri Prasad I own Beeches Kennels so wanted to put the record straight. We are not only saddened but also very surprised to read your google review mainly because after a visit back in April, 1x trial day and 1x over night stay at the beginning of May, you did not at any point bring up any of these concerns with me the owner, who showed you around, but to any of our caring staff. The idea of a visit first is to meet you and your dog, and talk through questions and concerns you may have. To also show you our facilities and most of all talk you through our routine so that you can make an informed decision about whether you feel kennels are appropriate for your dog as you know him best. After a visit we encourage a day trial so we can get to know each other, followed up with a trial over night. You were very keen to attend both of these which were both very positive. We always explain that if we feel kennels is not an option for your dog re stress levels, there are other options such as house sitters or home boarders, that might be more appropriate. This is because kennels are not always suitable for everyone and it’s very important to us that our customers are happy. You asked to be put on our waiting list for a large period of time this summer and still are on our waiting list because at no time have you spoken to us about your concerns? I will of course remove you from our list now as I do gain from your review you obviously don’t want the booking. However in future a phone call or chat would of been appreciated so that we could be given a right to reply. Just to answer a couple of points raised in your review, it is a kennels so the staff do go home at night however as explained in the visit we the owners live on site. We check dogs over night and dogs are never left to struggle if they are unhappy. We will always make every effort to contact owners. The kennels consist of a sleeping area and a separate run area that is accessible through a hatch incase they do need to go to the toilet. It is not necessary for them to do this in their sleeping area. I would also like to point out we are recommended and approved by Sevenoaks council to which we received a 5 star rating. It’s always very frustrating when customer feels the need to take to google review before they have spoken to us. I know this happens a lot in all walks of life but it’s the first time it’s happened to us as a business and I take your comments very personally, especially after everything we have done, including putting you on our waiting list only to read online you actually won’t use us again even if we had a space! Nice and clean kennels with lovely staff to look after the dogs. However, the dogs were not attended from 5pm to untill 7-8am the next morning. They are supposed to either hold their poo etc. or do it in their own kennels where they were sleeping. They are also taken out of their kennels twice in a day for about an hour each time. Extremely disappointed by their business like running the kennels and not treating the dogs with enough care and love. They should have staff available 24 hours. The dogs cry there and you could hear them being in stress. I am not saying they are treating them badly but they certainly do not care for them. I am not taking my dog there ever again!!

It was my very energetic 2 year old labs first time ever at kennels…from the beginning I felt comfortable with everything. The meet and greet was great and I was really happy with the facilities they have. Sunny had the best time, the ladies are so helpful and accommodating and sent us some pictures via WhatsApp to see him playing with some buddies. You can really tell they all love the dogs and care for them so well. Thank you for making Sunnys first time being at kennels so lovely and easy all round, for us all. I would highly recommend! Your dog will have the best time! 😊😊

Our boy absolutely loves going to Beeches, when we turn down the lane, he jumps up and can't wait to get out the car to meet the girls. He doesn't even look back at us. So pleased we found this place. The staff are very professional caring and hardworking.

My dog loves his time here, the staff are lovely and so friendly, happy to reply to WhatsApp messages with photo updates, you can tell they really care about the dogs because they know my dog so well when I come to get him! He’s been in 3 times now and everytime we pull up in the car I’ve never seen him so excited! Great prices too!
