Very clumsy and dangerous bicycles. Extremely heavy , as could do with a belll to warn pedestrians when your approaching.. Not for the inexperienced cyclist. Terrible customer service as bicycles hardly ever function ..

Every journey involves either a broken bike, over charging or poor docking. Was a great service when it launched but now makes Mobike look good.

Bikes are good, the one star is for the appalling customer service and the lack of functionality with the GPS tracking system. I was charged £5 because apparently my bike wasn’t parked in a bay, which it was, Beryl later admitted that the GPS just hadn’t updated. This was after a very frustrating conversation with a rude customer service agent who basically accused me of lying, refused a refund and told me “you should know how this works” - unhelpful and completely in the wrong! Sort it out!

Extremely unreliable. Half chance the bikes won’t unlock. Won’t lock either after finishing a ride and they are still charging for it.
