I am so pleased to find such a gem of a PT. I have been going to Sue for six months and feel a different person. I have been working with sue for almost 12 weeks. I signed up for the 12 week programme in utter despair with myself. I have struggled with my weight since having my two children and also lost myself as a person becoming a mum. Lockdown hit me hard like most people, I found myself drinking a lot more alcohol and eating for comfort through the boredom. Starting with sue has changed my life! My mindset and outlook on things has changed dramatically. I’m learning to be more calm and not use food and alcohol as my outlet. I’ve started to read more, exercise more and joined classes during the week. My fitness and mental health is considerably healthier, and I’ve definitely changed my attitude towards food and alcohol! I wish I had done this years ago. Sue really has changed my life and I’m forever grateful. I am continuing to work with sue and will for the foreseeable. I’ve been working with Sue for over a year now (yes, through lockdown!) so can confirm that whether it is online or in person she is brilliant at what she does. I was already pretty fit so PT wasn’t about that for me, but it was about strengthening my core (after 2 kids) and making me overall stronger so I can perform better at my sport and haul my 3 yr old around too. She has helped me so much in this respect and what I love is that she understands ME, not just my goals, so I’ve finally found strength work interesting as well as useful. I should also say she’s super personable and easy to get along with so training always contains a bit of a natter. I have no doubt that she will help you your way, whatever that might be.

Being diabetic with high blood pressure I set off on a journey with Sue.Diabetic HBA1c was circa 65 and blood pressure 150/110 and weighing 15’6lb taking 24 tablets a day which is the GP’s answer 12 months later with nutritional advice and a weekly regime of excercise my bloods are now 36 which is well below what is considered to be a diabetic Blood pressure in now 126/80 which again is normal and I now weigh in at 13’8lb Her Knowledge is invaluable and her understandings , expertise , and professionalism is immeasurable All metered with care and consideration to each client individually Should your journey just be “weight loss” again her advice is effortless and professional For lots of reasons I wish I’d found her sooner and I would have been fitter longer Believe in Sue
