I dropped my bike off to bee cycles on Tuesday 20th new parts ordered while I was there. Said parts would come next day and I could collect on the Thursday. Had a phone call on the Wednesday to say ready for collection. Fantastic service, talked me thru everything he was going to do. I had phone other cycle shops but said they were booking cycles in for 2 was time. I was very imprest with the service I received would definitely recommend
