This shop just ruined my Christmas present to my family. Ordered a mattress delivery and it came as a replica of a well known brand (also with a label 'Discounted - Reject'). Shop insists that everything is okay and won't refund.

This place should be shut down immediately. Selling fake, damaged products and taking advantage of vulnerable people. Reminds me of old, shady traders that would do anything to sell, even lies and empty promises. Very bad experience, horrible.

Nice family run business. Rob (owner)very friendly and helpful.They offer a collection and delivery service.very useful when you want rid of the old bed.the showroom is spacious with a good selection of beds on display.parking is available but limited at the store front.

It's Yorkshire Bed shop not Yorhire that sounds like they hire out beds. The service in this shop is second to none the staff are friendly and very helpful and they go out of their way to get you the right product for you and they deliver at a time that suits you I would more than highly recommend them I would give them 10 stars

Bought a mattress almost two years ago, brilliant coustomer service not pushy in the slightest, told the guy in the shop I was on a budget and he showed me a wide range to fit that budget, free delivery out of town that same day too! Would defiantly recommend
