Sadly just reported this firm to the Police for fraud. Happily took my order, didn't delivery the bed, didn't pick up the phone, didn't reply to my emails, didn't refund the money to my account. I have tried and tried to get the info my bank needs to process the refund but they don't communicate.

I would suggest avoiding this company completely as i purchased a matress which the stiching failed very soon after delivery, i contacted them and was promised a replacement mid december and now in april my emails and calls are being ignored, if they do pick the phone up they just palm you off with they have had staff changes or email system not working. They are full of lies and just taking peoples money with no interest in supporting customers. I have opened a case with trading standards so others dont fall into the same trap with this company

The guy is a liar and keeps saying his delivering the goods, it’s been over 3 months and nothing received. He’s lied and said someone’s hacked into his internal server and it’s all a lie and a scam, do not trust this company and it don’t exist.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS! My parents ordered a reinforced Divan bed base on 24th February, with the intention that it would be delivered on 28th February. However, it is now 7th March, and despite my parents trying to contact them via email, and via the phone, they are still awaiting on a response. My Dad has kidney dialysis three times a week, and his father/my grandfather depends on him everyday, along with my Dad also having responsibilities as a father, and husband. My Dad won’t say this because, unlike me, he can control his anger to a degree. Me on the other hand, not so much. You’ve got until the end of the working day of Tuesday 7th March 2023 to contact Mr Swales, or they will be requesting a full refund, along with reporting you to Trading Standards (again, if they don’t, then I will). Have fun exploiting people, because your days of doing so will soon be over.

This place doesn't deserve a 1 but there's no option to leave a minus 10. Ordered over a month ago, booked for delivery 2nd March, paid via Klarna, mainly because there wasn't any other option, I have had no contact from these bunch of fakes at all. 2 one sentence emails saying might be OK to deliver in March....Bedznextday, the clues supposed to be in the name of the "business" you are allegedly running. I personally think this is a front for a payday loan shark, who takes your money and loans it out to some poor person, and charges them 10000 percent and keeps your money till then. Oh yeah BTW, Klarna, what a joke, takes your payment then absolves themselves of any responsibility.

DO NOT ORDER! Played me along for 4 weeks. Gave me a delivery date - waited in - DIDNT ARRIVE - no contact. Phoned - gave me another date 4 days later. Waited again - DIDNT ARRIVE - called again told me they couldn’t deliver - took 5 days to get refund ** replying to below response** 5 weeks in total wasted time and money. Yes you refunded EVENTUALLY, after chasing for my order for weeks. I took 2 unpaid leave days because of false delivery dates. I’m out of pocket.
