Disappointing experience today. I was told I couldn't have my repeat medication unless I had a blood test and to make an appointment within a week of the test. I did as asked and tried to book an appointment on the same day for a week ahead. The only appointment available is early July. I have three days of my heart medication left at this point because work and the weekend delayed being able to speak to a receptionist. The introduction to any phone call with this surgery starts with a long spoken message, of late, complaining about an increase in antisocial behaviour. As reprehensible as that it, I can understand why after my call today. The receptionist was cold, uncaring, clearly running through a script and unconcerned about the consequences of my running out of heart meds. I will go into afib, which is terrifying, and damages my heart further. I did what they asked me to do, but met a wall of ignorance and a complete lack of compassion when their systems prevented me from making an appointment a week from the blood test. They shouldn't even expect that patients can do that and adjust their strategy. I was told to "call back at 08:30 am if I'm up at that time!" which is difficult as I'm usually running around getting ready for work and don't have time for an hour on hold. Or I call the surgery number back and press option 2 to order my prescription over the phone asking a note be put on for the doctor saying I have had the blood test and have a review appt booked. I called back. Option 2 was another recorded message giving out the phone number for POD, an NHS service. Why not just give me that number in the first place? (POD were brilliant btw) For balance, I have had no issues with professional medical or nursing staff at the health centre, but the reception staff are seemingly more concerned by their processes than patients facing problems with their processes. If you have complex medical needs that might involve negotiating with receptionists regularly, avoid and go to another surgery. I asked for details of the practice manager, to discuss the difficulties I had faced with this review, and was told I couldn't have them and to fill in an online complaints form.

I would like to update review thankyou to Sam on reception who dealt with results and dr karir absolutely brilliant sorted appointments and scans what started off not so good was corrected so I thankyou. What an absolute joke I was supposed to have a BP check after being diagnosed with with high BP booked in went Friday morning only to find out it was Monday morning turned up went to use self service which didn't work queued after someone didn't know what they was doing from another area turned out they had given my appointment to someone else and given the wrong time offered another time do they think I've got nothing else better to do than chasing appointments the times I wrote down so I'm correct this is happened to others BP now sky high I'm a stroke sufferer and was desperate for the appointment I don't go there unless absolutely desperate the phone lines are constantly busy . And when you do get thro appts have all been taken something needs desperate measures patient category might be an idea I didn't get sorted left it .. POD team fantastic rant over.....

I moved from Coventry to Bedworth a year ago. I thought the surgeries in Coventry were ok 👍 but this surgery is awful. The receptionist hide behind massive screens . I tried to get an appointment today as I had a swollen face . I phoned the surgery from when it opened I could not get through . How on earth can you predict six weeks in advance when your going to be I’ll? The appointment system is not suitable for people who work full time Out of desperation I walked to the surgery to be told by the receptionist she could not make me an appointment as they had all gone She looked about 12 and smiling as she told me . She made no effort to help me . I hope the government makes plans to put a nurse in charge of important appointments for sick patients as these receptionists are useless inexperienced and unhelpful Do not register with this surgery

I should have received a FaceTime call for my daughter and no-one phoned. The time before that again was meant to have a call and it was 4 hours late

Like any other GP practices, it's difficult to get an appointment. However the Doctors are absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Never had a problem with them or the Receptionist.

Avoid going Bedworth Health Centre, I have been going there for 20 years and every single interaction has been poor, I am now going to switch to somewhere else. The staff treat you poorly and are extremely rude for no reason and the doctors do not listen to a word you say, I can't believe this place is legally allowed to function that's how terrible they are.
