Rubbish service, gas lifts not strong enough to hold the mattress up, even though they knew what mattress I had ordered. Spring broke through after 6 weeks but refused to get the mattress back downstairs for me eventually sent a man and a young boy to do it but they refused. Then decided I must have damaged the mattress. After spending over £2000 on a bed and mattress I gave up but would never consider purchasing again

They delivered a cheap mattress first instead of the one I ordered. Luckily we didn’t open the wrap. Instead of swapping the mattresses asap they scheduled it in a week time as the van has deliveries first. Of course error rectification doesn’t make money so deliveries first, isn’t it? Then they delivered the wrong mattress AGAIN. I gave it up here no more hassle with them. The company is not contactable on the phone I had to go back to the shop. The older bloke in the shop is cocky not friendly at all. The funny thing is we found a cheaper company where to buy the main bed from. Avoid them, so many fish in the sea just look around.

Paid almost a grand for a bed and not only would their delivery guys not take it upstairs to my bedroom but the mattress has now permanently dipped giving me constant back pain! I only weigh 9st.7! Really angry, had it less than 18months!
