I brought a ambassador bed which had a ottoman bed with a hybrid mattress, I have nothing bad to say! The customer service was fantastic. Delivery was made fast and delivery driver was friendly and very helpful. From the point of order to receiving the product I cannot fault beds divans! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! QUALITY IS INCREDIBLE, BED WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED !! THANK YOU

I would’ve gave 5 until my experience went due south. Ordered a base tried to get the wheels in but no luck - sockets came out. Arrange for an exchange - 1st person was great. Get the exchange wrong base; called put through to a female to arrange for the correct base to arrive. Get another call to say the wheels fitted in they can send me a video of it; firstly that comes across as you’re implying I was lying. If myself who does DIY around the home (can change a radiator easily) can’t get it in because one of the holes is either too short/narrow or too big for the socket to come out while trying to get the wheel in then obviously there was an issue with the fittings before it arrived. What they have done is give me the original base (can tell because of the fabric and how it is stapled to the frame) which they said they would throw away and fixed the base by inserting something into the frame because the frame is no longer level. The wood is raised where one of the problem sockets was. Delivery man has attitude; sends text to say he’s arriving 1110hrs arrives 1105 and throws a STROP coz I said give me 5 minutes. I know it’s only 5 minutes but when dealing with old age people that 5 minutes is a lot of time. TLDR; want something cheap this is it expect dodgy workmanship and being called a liar.

Bed arrived as arranged. Delivery was great - both delivery buys were friendly and helpful. The actual bed & mattress look great and are a decent quality for the price. The headboard however, looked great, is padded and WAS very comfortable until the 2nd day when the wooden 'feet/supports' broke and the headboard slipped down the wall, marking it. Flimsy wood supports so not fit for purpose. Am now attaching the headboard directly to the wall. Disappointing as the actual bed & mattress are good.
