My sheet was supposed to be 100% Egyptian cotton which was clearly stated on the website. Once delivered the sheet says 20% Egyptian cotton, 80% cotton... After doing some research on the cotton it is cheaper cotton which is being used, giving the sense that you are getting more for your money, which is completely FALSE. Not what I ordered and are refusing to pay return postage for a misleading item. False advertising. The other products I purchased were completely fine and seem value for money, however my whole experience has been tarnished by not simply offering a free return and refund on a misleading item. Be more specific on your website so you don't give a negative experience to customers....

the "pure white" Canadian goos down pillows were absolutely not "pure white", containing a multitude of black feathers. Previous down pillows purchased from DK were less expensive and totally white. Reclamations did not resolve the problem, and since I am in Europe, no easy way to return. I also had to pay over 70 EUR taxes here, which the seller managed to pocket since the goods were exported to EU post Brexit.

We ordered two jersey cotton fitted sheets and two mattress protectors for our new reclining bed. They were advertised as suitable for a super king reclining bed at 90cm x 200cm x 25cm each side, (our mattresses have a 23cm depth). The sheets arrived within a couple of days but no mattress protectors. I called the company and the phone was answered very promptly. I was advised the protectors would follow in 7-10 days as they are made to order. Sure enough they arrived and I have to say the quality of both are top notch. I have literally just went back to their website and ordered a second set of the fitted sheets so already I am a returning customer. The style of sheet you go for will be a personal choice but if you’re unsure the Jersey cotton feels lovely against the skin.

Terrible. My sheet was supposed to be 100% Egyptian cotton, which they STATED CLEARLY on their own website. The actual sheet says 20% certified Egyptian cotton. 80% cotton. When I phoned up he said it was good quality long staples uplands cotton. I looked it up, it's actually cheaper cotton with short to medium staples. They changed since to 100% cotton now. Not what I ordered, and they will not let me send the sheet back as it has been washed and on the bed. But will allow me to send the other back. I feel cheated into false advertising and angry I gave them my money
