Still no refund. Completely ignore all calls and emails. 5 months later. Closed. Can only assume they are no longer open. Booked a party online and paid a deposit 12th Jan 22, since then have called, left messages, emailed and Facebook messaged but had no response at all. Really annoying. I guess I'll have to go through my credit card Co for a refund of my deposit and I just hope I can get another party organised in time. Obviously avoid.

Extremely bad experience! The staff is discusting, rude, impatient, and unreasonably bossy. My son had an asthma attack and they didn't care and offered No help. Don't go there. Try something else.
