I purchased a Garden Building from Chris at BGB back in 2018 and this was installed by their expert fitter Lee. It is a great quality building and was a really good price compared to other companies. Fast forward to Storm Eunice this year (2022) and unfortunately the very severe winds took their toll on our garden and caused the roof of the building to lift and displace. I contacted Chris and he promptly sent Lee round with a colleague and they re-seated the roof and got the building watertight again. There was some damage to the boards and door frame but Chris swiftly ordered these and set up a date to have the building repaired. Lee attended this week with a colleague once the parts had arrived, and carried out the repairs. He also added some additional strengthening battens to prevent it from happening in the future. It is now super sturdy and I can't thank them enough for their help. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bedfordshire Garden Buildings to anyone looking for a top quality addition to their home, as the products are great and the aftersales service impeccable.
