After receiving a surprisingly expensive quote from a competitor, I got in touch with Bedfordshire Air Conditioning after reading the many other positive reviews here. Ken provided excellent service, first offering an indicative price based on the information I was able to provide, followed up by an in-person survey where Ken took the time to understand our requirements and had some excellent suggestions for best placement of the various units. The finalised quote was very reasonably priced, and I felt confident in proceeding. The installation did have to be delayed a week, but we were given plenty of notice. These things happen. What's important is how such things are handled, and this was handled well. The installation was very professional. Everything is neat and tidy. The chaps were knowledgeable, polite and friendly.
