This lady was beyond helpful very polite sincere, the sort of person you want to speak to on the phone. She is by far the friendliest person I've ever spoke to within the council. Bedford highways department are a complete shower of incompetents. A prime example being the ongoing assault course at the junction of Clapham Road & Manton Lane, Bedford. Senior leadership should be dismissed for gross misconduct.

Awful, rude staff, sent me other people's personal documents, refuse any backdating of claims and try their best to take all your money. No decent investment into anything and I've had to take them to court before ( won my case ) no apologies from them for the upset they caused.
