Unfortunately I normally don't write a bad review but I had to as I felt no one understands me.. Soo I bought an audi a6 from Milton Keynes audi 2 years ago very professional experience we had and we have left a 5 star review.. When ever our car needed servicing etc we have always taken it to Milton Keynes audi. We also have all in one cover for the car. When was driving on m1 more then a month ago and then the vichles dashboard went completely black so I panicked as you can understand going 70mph and then called the road assistant that was around 2am in the morning the lady over the phone located me and said I was at a danger zone so they would send someone out ASAP no one arrived until5.30am in the morning then they called and said they can't find me.. anyway long story sort my car was checked by a technician and said it needs dashboard replacing after one month my car went in to bedford audi and i had to fright to get a loan car eventually I git the loan car and bedford audi said they will let me know with in 72 hours to see want is the problem I had to chase them up to see what's happening anyway last week they told me that they have ordered the part and they should receive it on Friday so I called them on Tuesday to see what is happing and again I have to call them all the time as they don't communicate with you they said they got the job starred on the car and I should get my car back middle of the week I said thank you. I called them today 18.05.2023 and now I have been told that the part isn't there ??? And no work has started on my vichle they are waste of time I have never ever experience this with any other audi I would ever ever take my vichle to them they have now said I would be getting my car tomorrow..

First time buying a decent car and first time Audi-owner and had a great experience. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offered a great customer service experience overall, gave great advice and offered recommendations. We're extremely happy with the new car - it's a great upgrade from our previous 14yr old Vauxhall(!) We got a great price on the approved-used model we purchased and the car was in exceptional condition, so felt like buying a brand new car (without the new pricetag). We requested for the badges to be changed to black wrapped ones for when we picked up the car, but these weren't ready by the time we picked up the vehicle, so the Audi team offered to come and collect our car from us, get the badges changed and the car valeted, and then dropped back to us - this was super convenient for us - we felt like Audi went above and beyond to look after us and make sure we were happy. Great service, great car, great experience.

People are nice enough on the face of it and the building/cars are very nice, however be very careful before buying and get everything in writing. I am being stung now as they said that I could transfer my existing service plan to a new vehicle if I upgraded. I did this, however turns out it was an absolute lie. When I phoned to dispute this they just said sorry with no offer of compensation because the finance is with VWFS - as if there’s no link between them at all. Now the service contract is over and VWFS keep taking payments, they never pick up the phone! I’m paying £20 a month, (seemingly forever?!) for a car I haven’t owned for over a year! Absolute con men the lot of them.
