Bridge Street Dental Surgery has restored my faith in dentists. I feel so fortunate to have find a dental practice that not only do I trust, but who has gone above and beyond to accommodate me, especially around my working pattern. They explain everything that will happen before and during an appointment and I literally love how my dentist is proud of the work he does. My experience at my last dental practice wasn't very good, it left me with not been a big fan of going anywhere near a dentist (maybe you are the same?). I always ended up in pain after each visit and I probably created a fear of any visit. I always felt I was choking and they never seem to care. This meant I was always interrupting treatments so they were stop and start, which annoyed the dentist (which I understand) yet they never understand how I felt. Bridge Street Dental Practice, did understand and after sitting through many dental treatments of late to fix my broken smile, after years of not looking after my own oral health (I admit that) and not having a dentist (due to fear!). I can tell you hand on heart, I never was in pain during any of my visits. Also I never really had to stop the treatment, I was sat relaxed watching the tranquil calming videos or listening to the music and the dentist. They used a safety net thing (there will be a dentist term I am sure) to stop things going in to my mouth, so I didn't feel I was choking. They numbed me properly up so I never felt a thing and I just love the family feel about the whole place. I can not recommend this practice enough. They not only fixed my smile, but also my fear. I now know I had a fear because I didn't have a good dentist (more a cowboy), yet now I do have a good dentist and strangely I am proud of that fact. I love my smile again and I love this practice and everyone who works in it. Thank you.
