Exactly what I wanted. Went in with a rough verbal brief about what I wanted with measurements, and came out with decent order and fitting booked. They know what they're on about and were happy to show me some options. The fitting was extremely quick, yet I can't see any sacrifice of quality.

What a fantastic experience we have had. From the first time we entered the shop we were listened to and advised as to what would suit our needs. We came away with the wherewithall (after some help as we are not very tech savvy!!) to be able to visualise what the product would actually look like in our room. When we returned to purchase the flooring a date was arranged for fitting at our convenience. Jack the fitter kept us informed as to times he would arrive and what needed to be done, and the finished effect was just what we wanted. We would definitely use again in the future and recommend to friends and family

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. I visited the shop 4 weeks ago and ordered some flooring. Made an appointment for the floor to be fit 4 weeks later when I was on holiday from work. The appointment was made with the Shop Manager for the Thursday afternoon and the Shop Manager said 'that would fit in nicely as the fitters had a job not too far away from me in the morning'. The Thursday came and it got to 2 30pm in the afternoon so I rang Bedale Flooring to find out a time roughly, only to be told that the fitters were 'just finishing up at their last job, and then would be coming to me'. I waited and waited, by 5.00pm still no fitters. Rang the shop the following day, the Friday, and spoke to the Shop Manager, no apology was offered. I was told he would get in touch with the fitters and get back to me. To his word, he did, only to say that they had been the Thursday morning and I wasn't in. This was a complete mistruth as I was in all day on the Thursday and didn't leave the house. Also why would the shop manager tell me that the fitters were 'on their way on the Thursday if they had already been'. ANOTHER appointment was made for the Saturday afternoon and again I was told it would be late afternoon when the fitters came. It got to 3.30 pm so again I rang the shop. Again I was reassured that the fitter was DEFINATELY COMING. 5.00pm still no fitter, 6.00pm, 7.00pm still no fitters. I still have no flooring fitted. Absolutely disgusted with the level of service I received and I would DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMEND BEDALE FLOORING. Go elsewhere and save yourselves the disappointment. I will be requesting a full refund.
