Fantastic service! After placing my order I got a follow up phone call to confirm and give me all the details and info I needed to know about my order. Really personal and professional service. Bed arrived fairly quickly and no messing around with delivery windows. The company used give you a slot and call 30 mins before arrival to let you know they’re on the way. I took delivery today of an ottoman divan left opening and headboard for my daughter, her room is just short of 6ft across and she wanted a double bed (teenagers eh) I googled and found Bed guru - I had a look and then rang and spoke to Carl he was ever so helpful no pressure then I placed my order online cannot believe how fast my custom made bed was made and it is beautiful and really solidly made, my daughter loves it and Dillon from Epic Logistics was fantastic he put it together in no time took all the rubbish away - I am now thinking of getting one made for me and her dad recommend this company 100% - Thanks Carl and everyone at Bed Guru

Delivery conpany they use are a shambles. First time only delivered 2 of the 3 boxes. When I rang them, was supposedly lost in the depot somewhere. Then second time the “van broke down”, third time my “parcel hadn’t arrived to the depot”. Finally turned up at the forth attemp only to find when I opened the box, a part of the bed was missing! Would give 0 stars if it was an option.
